Gino Tizziani Obituary
GINO TIZZIANI, 73 of Austin Lake, OH passed away Friday May 12, 2017 at his home. He was born July 16, 1943 in Steubenville, OH. He was the son of the late Toni and Genoveffa Bottegal Tizziani. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Aida Mulaski; brothers, Lino and Tony Tizziani.
Gino was Catholic by faith. He attended the First Baptist Church, Weirton, WV. He was also a US Army veteran; retired from Weirton Steel Corp. in the blooming mill. Gino enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a diehard Big Red and Ohio State Buckeye fan. Prior to his illness he never missed Big Red football games.
Surviving are his wife of 38 years, Edith Bartley Tizziani; daughter, Nikki Larkey (Raymond) of Weirton, WV; granddaughter, Hannah Larkey; sister-in-law, Catherine Tizziani.
Visitation will be Monday May 15, 2017 5:00-8:00 p.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV where the funeral/committal services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. with Father Mario Tizziani and Pastor Donald Dague presiding.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church, 307 Homewood Avenue, Weirton, WV 26062. www.steelandwolfe.com
